Pooja Bhamrrah has been juggling her work-life balance by traveling between Bengaluru and Mumbai every other week for the past eight years. Although her work is based in Mumbai, she is married to Bengaluru-based entrepreneur Gurpreet Singh. Known for her role as an airline crew member in the Hindi film "Crew" alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon, Pooja gained recognition for her performance. "I truly enjoyed working with Tabu, Kareena, and Kriti; their energy was inspiring." Pooja expressed her surprise at the positive response to her character in "Crew." She found working with talented actors like them to be a learning experience that fueled her own performance. Pooja received encouraging feedback on standing out in scenes with them and is now being considered for leading roles in various projects.
"Interestingly, acting was never a part of my original plan." Pooja described herself as an accidental actor. Initially aiming to become Miss India, her parents discouraged her, leading her to pursue engineering in biotechnology. Modeling unexpectedly entered her life when she won a beauty pageant with a lucrative prize. This eventually led her to acting, a discovery that made her realize her passion and transition from modeling to pursuing a career in acting."My parents have been incredibly supportive, and since getting married, I am fortunate to have a partner who is just as supportive," she shares. "I strongly believe in fate." Today, Pooja focuses on finding a balance between work and personal life. "I believe that people are realizing that the key to success lies in the quality of the story. While stars may attract attention, it is the narrative that truly matters. Lately, I have been attending more auditions and discussions, and the upcoming year appears promising. I have faith in destiny. By remaining open-minded, the universe will guide you. It's crucial to be receptive, spot the opportunities, and take a leap of faith. Through maturity, I've learned the importance of maintaining life harmony. Previously, my life revolved around work, but now I prioritize leading a well-rounded life – allocating time for family and personal pursuits. As an actress, living a fulfilling life enriches your craft and performance on screen," she reflects.
